Welcome to your Golding Homes Customer Compass check in.

At Golding, we're working on developing our services and communications so that they support and include you when you need them most.

We know one size doesn't fit all, so it's vital we check in with you from time to time, and update our records with your specific needs and preferences.

It's about making things easy for our customers, and making sure we can identify those who need extra help, or who might be at risk of being excluded from vital communication.

This survey has been designed to capture this important information, and all of your responses will be kept securely in the same way as the information that we already hold. Our privacy notice tells you what we do with your personal information and can be accessed here.

If you're a joint tenant or homeowner we'll be inviting both of you to complete this survey so you can give your own personal responses. If your partner isn't currently registered with us, just tell us in the survey, and we'll be in touch to help you to update your record.
