Working together

Groups of people at events

Donnington Spring Clean and Highfields Estate Pop Up Event

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been out and about with our housing teams in Donnington and Stafford for some brilliant community tidy‑up events. In Donnington, we teamed up with local councillors and volunteers for the Big Spring Clean. With the first grass cut of the year, there was plenty to collect, and residents even stopped their cars to say thank you!

Our Easter pop‑up in Stafford was just as lively, with face painting, colouring, sweet treats, and two full trucks of bulky waste. It was wonderful chatting with customers and seeing the community come together. Thank you to everyone who joined in!

Allocations and Lettings Workshops

Following last year’s review of our new Allocations and Lettings Policy, we’ve held a series of interactive workshops to explore the lettings journey and the information customers want at each stage. The sessions have been lively, insightful, and extremely valuable. Thank you to everyone who took part. We’ll be sharing the key themes from the workshops with our SPaCE committee in May.
