Help us improve how we communicate with you
We want to make sure the information we send you is clear, helpful and easy to use. This short survey asks how you prefer us to communicate about things like your home, services and repairs.
Your answers will help us improve how we communicate with you.
It should only take a few minutes to complete. Thank you for your time - we really appreciate it.

Following our recent merger, we are introducing our new Housing Plus Group branding.
You may start to see a new logo appearing on things such as staff ID badges, uniforms, vans and letters. For Wrekin customers, the overall look you’re used to will largely stay the same, including the colours – the main difference will be the new logo. This will be rolled out in phases, as items such as uniforms are replaced over time.
Everything else remains unchanged. You’ll continue to receive the same services from the same teams who know your homes and communities.
If you are ever unsure about someone visiting your home, please remember:
- Always check ID before letting anyone in
- Contact us to confirm if you have any doubts
We’re here to help, so if you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch.
You may notice a small change – here’s what to expect
