The options for the 2021 / 22 rent increase are:
OPTION 1 INCREASE RENT BY 1.5%: this option will allow us to continue to provide our current services and continue with our planned property investment programme over the next 3 years.
OPTION 2 INCREASE RENT BY 2%: this option will generate increased income of £12,000 which could be used for enhanced financial advice and assistance services, additional external improvements an alternative priority identified by tenants.
