The Regulator of Social Housing has now opened its consultation on changes to the consumer standards and encourages responses from people working in the sector and also all types of affordable housing.

We will ensure that our residents views are captured as part of this consultation and have a separate survey with results that will be sent to our Gateway Membership Team.  

We will review the responses we receive to the consultation before finalising the standards and Code of Practice.
